DentiSystems, a cybersecurity startup specializing in active defense and deception technology, today announced its official emergence from stealth mode. The company also disclosed a $25,000 pre-seed funding round led by its founders, marking a significant milestone in its mission to democratize cybersecurity for SMEs.
Founded in January 2025 by MD Sadman Shovik (CEO) and Shahriar Ahmed Zisan (COO), DentiSystems spent the past 12 months in intensive research and development. The team operated in "stealth mode" to focus entirely on engineering their flagship product, DentiGrid, without external distractions.

Democratizing Deception Technology
DentiGrid is a distributed honeypot system designed to detect and trap attackers before they can breach critical infrastructure. While traditional deception technology has been expensive and complex, DentiGrid offers a streamlined, "deploy-and-forget" architecture tailored for modern cloud environments.

"We spent 2025 building the core technology with our own capital because we wanted to prove the efficacy of DentiGrid before taking it to market. Today, we are proud to open our doors."

Founder-Led Capital
The pre-seed round, finalized in January 2025, was fully funded by the founding team. This "skin in the game" capital was deployed to secure high-performance infrastructure, acquire testing hardware, and complete the DentiGrid MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

Future Roadmap
With the technology now operational, DentiSystems is shifting focus to global go-to-market strategies. The company is currently engaging with partners in the US and EU markets and is in the application process for top-tier startup accelerators, including Y Combinator, Founder Institute(FI) and 500 Global, to support its international expansion.
