Dectrax exclusively owns all right, title, and interest in and to proprietary Services and Content. Open-source components (such as GATE) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT).
6. Payments and Billing
All enterprise licensing and partner billing are processed through authorized payment providers. Commercial software licenses adhere to the agreed master services agreement.
7. Prohibitions
You agree not to:
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to disrupt or overload our global infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer proprietary platform components.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Services upon material breach of these Terms.
